ChatGPT kann Code schreiben, der teilweise funktioniert. Das ist nicht gut genug.
Beim Programmieren ist Code schreiben nicht die zentrale Tätigkeit. Wenn man an einer mittelgroßen Codebase mit ein paar zehntausend Zeilen Code arbeitet, liest man die allermeiste Zeit.
Wenn man dann so weit ist, dass man die ChatGPT-Prompt schreiben kann (die um ein vielfaches länger wäre als der resultierende Code-Schnipsel), ist die schwierige Arbeit bereits getan.
ChatGPT ist ein mächtiges Werkzeug, welches in weisen Händen sehr nützlich sein kann. Ein wenig wie ein Schlagbohrer.
